We started this company because we couldn't find one to hire.
When I was managing a building, finding a cleaning company I could count on was harder than it should have been. Calls went unanswered, quotes never came, and the people doing the work were often subcontracted two or three times over.
So in 2023, my wife and I started Pro Facility Care: a local, family-owned company with our own cleaning team, where you always know who's responsible and someone actually picks up the phone.
Need something extra before an inspection or a big visit? Call, text, email or send a photo, and we'll take care of it.

Izzy and his wife started Pro Facility Care in 2023. We're based in Mason and work across Greater Cincinnati.

Your regular cleaning is done by our own local, uniformed team, not subcontracted to another company.
