How your cleaning plan works
After a walkthrough, we write a plan for your building. It lists each task and how often it's done: some every visit, others weekly or monthly. You see it all before we start, and it's easy to adjust later.
We bring our own professional cleaning chemicals and equipment. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap and liners can come from us or from your usual supplier, and your proposal spells out how that works.

Need more than routine cleaning?
We also offer floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing and other specialty services. Some of this work is done by trusted partners. We coordinate it all, so you still have just one number to call.
What we clean
Every plan is written for your building. Here's what's usually included, area by area.
Restrooms
Toilets, urinals, sinks and counters cleaned and sanitized, mirrors cleaned, dispensers restocked and floors mopped.
Offices and workspaces
Desks and surfaces dusted and wiped, trash emptied, floors vacuumed and conference rooms tidied.
Breakrooms and kitchens
Counters, tables and sinks cleaned, appliance exteriors wiped down and trash taken out.
Floors
Carpets vacuumed and hard floors swept and mopped, from entrances to back hallways.
Lobbies and common areas
Entrances, reception areas, hallways, stairwells and elevators, kept clean and presentable.
High-touch surfaces
Door handles, light switches, railings and other high-touch points disinfected.
Trash and recycling
Bins emptied, liners replaced and trash taken to your dumpster or collection point.
Glass and dusting
Entry doors and interior glass cleaned, plus high and low dusting from vents to baseboards.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We work month-to-month, because we'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in. In your first 30 days, you can cancel with no notice. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
How does switching from our current cleaning company work?
Easier than you'd think. We walk the building, send a written plan, and start on a date we agree on together, so there's no gap between your old provider and us.
Will we have the same cleaners each time?
Yes. You'll generally see the same cleaner, who gets to know your building. We also cross-train other members of our team on your space, so there's always someone ready to step in if your regular cleaner is out.
Do you subcontract the cleaning?
No. Your regular cleaning is done by our own local team, not handed off to another company. For some specialty work, like floor stripping or pressure washing, we may bring in a trusted partner, and we coordinate it for you.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on your building: its size, the type of space, how often you need cleaning, and what's included, like restrooms, floor types and supplies. We don't guess. We walk your space, then send one flat monthly price in writing.

Yes. We bring our own professional cleaning chemicals and equipment. Paper products, soap and liners can come from us or from your usual supplier, and your proposal spells out which.
Are you insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance and our Ohio BWC certificate come with every proposal, so your property manager or insurance team has what they need from day one.
